Returns & Cancelled Orders With Dark Horse Simracing

Please note that any cancellations after shipment and/or returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless stated otherwise under the respective brand. This fee is applied to cover the costs associated with processing the cancellation as well as covering the cost of return shipping. Many of our items are delivered from overseas and is costly to handle. All returns and cancellations will be refunded using the same method of payment used to purchase. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out if you have any questions regarding our policies. Please ensure you are 100% confident in purchasing the desired equipment prior to placing any orders as these items are costly to ship and handle. For orders that are placed and cancelled within 24 hours, please note that your credit and paypal transactions are automated and we as a business are charged to handle the processing. Therefor, for any cancellations made within a 24 hour period will be subject to a 3% fee to cover our costs. As we do not wish to charge any customers any fees whatsoever and is not in our interest to do so, we are at the same time a small business and need to cover our costs. We encourage all purchasers to contact our team prior to submitting any orders to answer their questions so that informed purchases are being made.
