You have 30 days from when the product is received to initiate a return, with the exception of electronic products which have a 14-day refund policy. If you are customizing a rig, please note that the 30 days will begin from the day it is received by our team.
Return shipping costs are not covered within any return policy and the cost is to be assumed by the customer. Furthermore, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to any and all open boxed items that are being returned to Advanced Sim Racings warehouse.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
